      Your order will be shipped via Australia Post eParcel or Australian Air Express.

      All orders received by 1PM (Sydney time) are dispatched via Australia Post on the same day. This means if you are in metropolitan Sydney or Melbourne for example, and you order at 12.30PM and choose the express delivery option, your order would be received the next working day.

      In regional areas, delivery will usually take 3-7 business days, however, can sometimes be longer in remote areas.

      We have dedicated warehouse staff who are waiting to pack the order the moment its confirmed. The only exception to this is public holidays and weekends, when the order will be packed and shipped on the next working day.

      Return Policy

      We'll gladly accept returns for any Madameclaude.com.au products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. There will also be a 15% restocking fee on all opened or used items.
