1. How long do sex toys last?

2. How do vibrators work?

Vibrators contain an electric or battery powered motor that produces vibrations. When the power is turned on the vibrating motor is activated, creating vibrations.

 

3. Why are there different styles of vibrators?

14. Do I get a user name and password when I purchase something? Do I have to enter my address with each order?

You are able to create an account to avoid re-entering your delivery details each time.

However, you are also able to checkout out as a guest, with no need for a username and password.

 

15. Can I check the status of my order? 

Yes, absolutely! See the Members Area for order status.

 

16. How much will it cost to deliver my order?

All orders of $150 or more will be delivered within Australia free of shipping charges.

All orders less than $150 will be delivered at the flat rate of $9.90.

 

17. What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express via PayPal gateway.

 

18. Is it safe to use my credit card here?

Yes! We utilise industry standard encryption to ensure your personal and credit card details remain confidential. Besides that via PayPal payment gateway your financial details are not shared with us. After processing an order, no credit card details are retained. At no time do we transmit insecure personal information over the Internet.

 

19. Can I pay using funds that have been added to the Paypal wallet?

Yes if you add funds to your Paypal account you can use it.

 

20. Will you respect my privacy?

We know how important discretion is to our customers. Our Privacy page tells you exactly what we will and won't do with your personal information.

 

21. How long will it take to pack and ship my order?

If you can add an item to your cart at Madame Claude and purchase it, then it means its in stock! Therefore, all orders received by 1PM (Sydney time) are dispatched via Australia Post on the same day. This means if you are in metropolitan Sydney or Melbourne for example, and you order at 12.30PM and choose the express delivery option, your order would be received the next working day. We have dedicated warehouse staff who are waiting to pack the order the moment its confirmed. The only exception to this is public holidays and weekends, when the order will be packed and shipped on the next working day.

 

22. How will you deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered in plain packaging via Australia Post Express. There will be no mention of Madame Claude on the external packaging. For more information, see our Shipping page.

 

23. Where do you deliver to?

At the moment we deliver to Australia only.

 

24. Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we do deliver to any Australian P.O. Box.

 

25. Can I track my parcel online?

Absolutely, tracking details for your order will be sent to you once it's shipped.

 

26. If my purchase is under $150, what is the cost of shipping within Australia?

27. What if I'm not home when the order is delivered?

In case there is no-one home to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office and leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention Madame Claude in order to pick-up your package.

 

28. Can I get more information about a product?

Yes, you certainly can! Email us at info@madameclaude.com.au and one of our sexperts will get back to you.

 

29. Will I be contacted after my order is placed?

If you provide an email address when ordering then one email will be sent providing an order confirmation after the order is completed.

Another email will be sent the moment the order is being shipped from our warehouse. This would normally be the same day in case you place your order before 12:30pm, or the next day if you are ordering in the afternoon.

 

30. So what if my Lingerie doesn't fit?

Please note that for health reasons, we are unable to offer an online credit or refund on lingerie items. We are also unable to offer an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes simply because you "changed your mind".

We may issue an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes if your outfit does not fit, provided it has not been worn, damaged, soiled or laundered in any way and is returned to us in its original packaging with swing tags and labels attached. Accordingly please ensure you wear under garments when trying these items on and take care when unpacking and repacking your outfit. We reserve the right to refuse an online credit or refund if in our opinion the outfit has been worn, soiled or laundered in any way.

Please refer to the size guide in the product description photos and select your size carefully. 

We cannot offer an online credit or refund on any sale, clearance or discounted item, unless the item is found to be faulty.

YOU are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending an item back to us for an online credit or refund. We strongly recommend you send the item to us by registered post and retain your proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for goods lost or misplaced in transit.

You must notify us within five (5) days from the date of receiving your order to be eligible for an online credit or refund. All returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorisation number to be considered for online credit or refund, this is done via email request. Please see our Returns page for more information.

 

31. Where is Madame Claude based?

We are an online shop only and our warehouse is located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
